All subscription plan require a signed agreement, 50% upfront deposit, and clearly defined deliverables. Changes to scope require written approval and may affect pricing.
Payment Structure
Final subscription payment is due before final delivery. Additional costs for third-party services, rush fees, or scope changes will be billed separately.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time by just sending an email to your assigned account manager. Refunds are not provided for the current or previous subscription periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All designs created during the subscription period are the intellectual property of the subscriber upon final delivery. We do not provide source files, and retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your projects. We will not disclose, reproduce, or share your design concepts with any third parties without your explicit consent.
